Bob Campbell

Principal

Bob graduated in economics and started his career in human resources before progressing to general management. He has worked in retailing, shopping centre management, the forest industry and local government. For ten years he was the general manager of Launceston City Council leading organisational and community change. He specialises in strategic and business planning and can offer processes to help managers make their organisation’s future. Aligning operational management and service models with corporate strategic direction is another area where Bob has expertise and experience. Through research he can build organisational understanding of what products and services are important to consumers and how well they are delivered. Tibor is a chef/educator/mentor/blogger and food photographer whose hospitality experience spans across multiple roles and national boundaries over three continents. Through his hugely successful facebook page, Tibor’s Kitchen, he has become the go-to expert on texture-modified meals for the health and aged care industries. Tibor works nationally and abroad training chefs in texture modified food preparation and presentation – changing culture, building skills, and mentoring innovators. He also works with aged care and retirement village providers on the re-design of their catering operations in readiness for a more consumer-driven market, where the competitive edge may well lie in more creative menus, a better dining experience and amazing customer service.

Lindsay Kelly

Lindsay is a freelance communicator, marketer and designer working in the not-for-profit sector. He is skilled in brand strategy, developing marketing and communication plans management, and implementation. He has a wide industry experience in content development, design, digital strategy, and designing user experiences for the not-for-profit, government and private sectors. He also has a wide experience researching and developing content for interpretation projects. He has developed interpretation plans, content and project managed the installation on a wide range of interpretation projects including the Opposition Rooms for the Museum of Australian Democracy, projects for the Australian War Memorial, the Department of Veterans Affairs at Wellington Arch, London and Sandakan, Malaysia. Other projects include heritage sites such as Highfield Historic Estate in Stanley (Tasmania ) and Anglesea Barracks, Hobart.
